Job summary

Carson Group is seeking a capable operations professional to deliver exceptional client service and support to advisors and investors. You will be the primary operational and relationship resource to ensure seamless account experiences across our firms.

Responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, processing transfers, coordinating projects, training and process improvements, and maintaining data integrity while upholding compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial services or banking industry preferred.
• Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to compile statistics and reports accurately.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire for continual personal and professional growth.
