One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Manager in the United States.

This is a client-facing role ideal for a self-motivated and tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Client Success Manager, you will support clients across diverse industries by delivering expert product training, driving user adoption, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities to optimize product usage and resolve challenges with a consultative approach. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions, and contribute to internal training initiatives. Your focus will be to create strong client relationships and long-term success.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
  • Deliver webinars and on-site trainings to maximize product understanding and usage
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes
  • Monitor client usage trends and proactively suggest best practices for optimization
  • Use tools like ChurnZero to assess customer health and reduce churn risk
  • Collaborate with account management teams to resolve service gaps and align on strategy
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with key client stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS client success, training, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with comfort presenting to all levels
  • Strong consultative skills and experience managing multiple client relationships
  • Technically inclined, with the ability to learn and explain complex platforms
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and client engagement tools (ChurnZero a plus)
  • Familiarity with the public policy, government, or legislative space is a bonus
