We're seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client retention, and business expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing onboarding, engagement, and ongoing operations.
Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and NPS goals through strategic relationship management.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, wellness events, and on-site logistics.
Deliver insightful data reporting and client presentations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client and patient concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in client success, healthcare operations, or luxury hospitality.
Dental background preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Strong communicator with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience with MS Office and reporting tools.
