Client Success Manager (Phoenix Area – PST Focus)
Onsite Dental

Onsite Dental is revolutionizing workplace healthcare by delivering high-end dental care directly to top employers across the nation. We're seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client retention, and business expansion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing onboarding, engagement, and ongoing operations.

  • Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and NPS goals through strategic relationship management.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, wellness events, and on-site logistics.

  • Deliver insightful data reporting and client presentations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client and patient concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in client success, healthcare operations, or luxury hospitality.

  • Dental background preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Strong communicator with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with MS Office and reporting tools.
