Massive Bio is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the main contact for biopharma sponsors in their oncology clinical trials. You'll lead client interactions, manage relationships, and ensure satisfaction by coordinating with various departments like Clinical Operations and Marketing.
The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of client-facing experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. The role offers competitive responsibilities in a dynamic environment focused on cancer treatment solutions.
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI‑powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in the US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting‑edge therapies.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of biopharma sponsors who partner with Massive Bio to enroll patients in their oncology clinical trials. You will manage these client relationships, lead recurring calls and business reviews, and ensure their needs are met on time and to a high standard.
Working cross‑functionally with Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing, you will translate sponsor requirements into clear delivery plans, prepare progress reports and dashboards, and keep clients informed on the status of their trials.
