Location: This is a remote position; candidates must be located in Oakland, CA; the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, PA); Atlanta, GA; Seattle, WA; Salt Lake City, UT; Waltham, MA; or Chicago, IL. Occasional travel to client sites is expected, up to 25% based on project needs.

Overview: Client Success Managers (CSMs) drive revenue growth within client accounts. They serve as the primary representative of the Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization for clients, coordinating all activities and personnel. CSMs are key to developing and delivering strategic objectives and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Account planning with Market partners, leveraging Industry SMEs
  • Managing a pipeline of sub-$5M deals
  • Ensuring contract renewal readiness and securing renewals
  • Fostering a revenue growth mindset within the CES team
  • Horizon scanning and cross-selling CES offerings
  • Creating opportunities through collaboration with Consulting Partners, Client Technical Leads, Industry SMEs, and Sales teams
  • Acting as the Voice of the Client within CES
  • Understanding client goals, internal programs, and technological activities
  • Expanding and maintaining key client stakeholder relationships
  • Maintaining industry expertise and understanding market trends and competitors
  • Approving sub-$5M deals
  • Forecasting revenue and margins accurately with Market partners
  • Ensuring contractual delivery obligations are met
  • Leading a virtual team of CES personnel on their account
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Interfacing with delivery teams to optimize margins, onshore/offshore mix, labor, and automation
  • Delivering fixed-price projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Driving resource speed and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Skills in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives, including Senior Directors and Directors
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, Delivery, and Program Management
  • Industry experience in Healthcare (HLS) & Consumer Retail (CR)
  • Continuous learning and industry awareness
  • Ability to work independently aligned with company goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, translating customer insights into actions
