What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage new client implementations and ensure client needs are met throughout the solutioning process and go-live
  2. Optimize the lifetime value of assigned clients through design, configuration, and product adoption
  3. Perform client onboarding, solutioning, and implementation while maintaining proactive client communications
  4. Support client contract renewals and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
  5. Advocate for client success and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and product innovation

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience acceptable
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or customer success
  3. Strong program or project management experience; certification in Project Management or Customer Success Management desirable
  4. Proven ability to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  1. Experience with advanced technology tools in a healthcare setting
  2. Project or Program Management certification or Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) designation
