What We Do Enertiv digitizes and centralizes all the backend processes necessary to own and operate commercial real estate.

The platform leverages static documents, legacy systems, and connected IoT devices to streamline workflows, deliver prescriptive recommendations, and provide unprecedented transparency for every stakeholder from the boardroom to the boiler room.

To support this growth, Enertiv is seeking to hire an experienced Client Success Manager to lead strategic relationships, drive adoption of our platform, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes, maximizing client value, and building trusted partnerships. This position reports directly to the VP of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S.

This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team that’s helping decarbonize and modernize the real estate industry.

Primary Outcomes Deliver best-in-class retention. You will maintain 95%+ gross revenue retention across your book of business by aligning Enertiv’s value to client business goals, ensuring high satisfaction, and addressing risks proactively.

Showcase Measurable Client Value. You will lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders and asset managers, highlighting ROI, reinforcing strategic alignment, and ensuring clients see clear, ongoing value from the platform.

Grow stakeholder relationships. You will deepen relationships within accounts by engaging with 2+ key stakeholders per client, including Asset Management, Sustainability/ESG, and Property Management, to ensure organizational alignment and advocacy.

Increase product adoption. You will drive usage of Enertiv’s features and modules, ensuring broad adoption and integration into client workflows, with a goal of 60%+ multi-product adoption across your portfolio.

Serve as a strategic advisor. You will act as the trusted partner to your clients, understanding their operational and ESG priorities and ensuring Enertiv’s solutions consistently help them achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or other client-facing SaaS roles
  • Strong track record of driving retention, adoption, and measurable client value
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior and executive stakeholders

The Pay Range For This Role Is80,000 – 80,000 USD per year(Remote)
