Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of customized marketing strategies that align with client goals
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone/email/Zoom, addressing requests and managing projects
- Analyze data from industry platforms to create actionable insights and performance reports
- Foster relationships with strategic partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Mentor Client Success Coordinators and collaborate cross-functionally with team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong background in client-facing roles with experience in revenue growth
- Stellar communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies, including proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4)
