  • Learn and Grow: Engage in our immersive 3-6 month training program to gain valuable insights into the insurance industry and our agency's mission.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop the skills to efficiently manage daily business operations and ensure operational success.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer customized permanent benefits for their families.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build positive and impactful relationships with various groups and associations, including Mass Police, Mass Nurses, Mass firefighters, Postal Workers, Labor Unions, and more.
  • Skill Development: Enhance essential skills such as communication, leadership, organization, time management, networking, and team building.
  • Business Logistics: Gain insights into corporate logistics and strategies to maximize earnings and profit margins.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen

  • 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.

  • High school diploma required.
