A leading property management platform is seeking a Client Success Manager based in Florida or coastal Carolina. This remote role involves ensuring client understanding of the platform and promoting user adoption. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in client success and strong communication skills. You will drive client engagement and action plans to enhance satisfaction while identifying upsell opportunities.

What We're Looking For
Breezeway is hiring a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary resource and partner for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will own the business relationship post-implementation and leverage a thorough knowledge of our product and a deep understanding of each client's complex needs to deliver solutions tailored to drive their success. While we are a remote company, we are specifically looking for candidates who are based in the Florida Panhandle or the coastal Carolina regions to have close proximity and driving distance to clients. This role also includes approximately 10–15% travel to visit and hold in-person meetings with clients.
