Fusable is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of RigDig customers, driving retention, growth, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll partner with customers to maximize value through consultative engagement and strategic account planning.
You will own post-sale experiences, build strong relationships, and lead onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews to ensure measurable outcomes and renewal readiness.

Your Role as a Client Success Manager:
The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of RigDig customers and driving customer retention, growth, adoption, and long-term success within an assigned book of business.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of RigDig solutions through consultative engagement, strategic account planning, customer training, and proactive relationship management. The Client Success Manager is accountable for achieving retention and growth goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience and serving as the Voice of the Customer throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially minded, and passionate about helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes while building long-term partnerships.

Pay Transparency:
$70,000 to $80,000 annually
The base salary or hourly range listed above represents the good faith estimate of the compensation Fusable reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire. Actual compensation packages are individualized and determined by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, internal equity, certifications, education, qualifications, specific skill set, and Fusable’s business needs. Additional compensation may include bonuses and equity.
