What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and grow a portfolio of ISV partners to expand business value, accelerate revenue, and drive new merchant acquisition
- Identify new opportunities within existing ISV relationships that align with growth objectives
- Execute tailored go-to-market strategies for each ISV, including cross‑functional execution plans
- Negotiate new agreements or amendments to support evolving business objectives
- Monitor and optimize ISV performance using data‑driven insights to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5‑7 years of experience in client management, strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar growth‑focused role, ideally in high‑growth tech or fintech environments
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through partnerships
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess opportunities and drive deals from ideation to execution
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
