JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Enablement Manager will serve as the go-to enablement resource for our financial institution (FI) clients and their small to mid-sized business (SMB) partners. This client-facing role is responsible for identifying needs, building enablement strategies, and executing comprehensive training solutions to empower partners and drive success.
This person will work cross-functionally with internal teams—sales, marketing, and product—to ensure that clients have the tools, insights, and support to effectively activate, sell, and promote Fiserv products. From building and delivering training materials to facilitating white-glove onboarding, this individual is a key player in delivering impactful experiences and growing client relationships.
This role is part of our Fiserv Consulting group, Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company with solutions for banking, global commerce, merchant acquiring, bill and payments, and point-of-sale.

Location:
Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.

Travel Requirement:
Up to 50% travel required for client meetings, enablement sessions, and in-person training support.
The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $80,000 to $100,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
