The Client Success & Strategy team at Force Therapeutics powers the implementation, support, success, renewal and growth of Force’s portfolio of Hospitals, Health Systems and Orthopedic Specialty Practices across the US. The Client Success team works with each client in a highly customized fashion to ensure they reach their goals while advancing Force’s mission to extend reach and impact via hospital and health system partnerships. We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager with a track record of managing complex clients within a high-growth organization.
As the Client Success Manager, you will manage the day-to-day relationship for an assigned set of clients, supporting a cross-functional group aligned to your clients, including Sr. Client Success Managers and Clinical Operations Advisors, with an overarching emphasis on retaining the partnership.
Experience in Digital Health Account Management: You bring 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles within the healthcare sector.
Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a talented and clear communicator who has experience presenting to large groups and high-level stakeholders. You are also comfortable representing your client needs in internal forums.
Customer-centric Approach: You have deep empathy for customer stakeholders and a desire to understand their goals and concerns to actively provide a world-class experience.

At Force Therapeutics, we provide transparency on compensation and ensure equal opportunities. The base salary range for this role is: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
