It’s That Brand is a website design, branding, and marketing agency dedicated to helping small businesses show up online with confidence. We’re looking for a Client Success & Growth Specialist to help us engage new clients, nurture relationships, and drive business growth—without the pushy sales tactics.

This is a contract, ad-hoc position with bonus incentives for successfully signing new clients. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while playing a key role in our business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them toward the right solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process, setting clients up for success from the start.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry insights.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, checking in to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the team (marketing, branding, and design) to align outreach strategies.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.) to track client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Keep communication smooth via Slack, Asana, and Google Suite.
