BioTalent is working with a Digital Health clientseeking a strategic leader to drive client satisfaction and growth with HCPs. In this role, you’ll manage post-sale relationships, ensuring successful delivery of research programs and fostering long-term partnerships.

The company has a strong reputation and high retention rate, with flexible fully remote working (within the USA) alongside global offices if hybrid is preferred. The team is high performing, collaborative and has a compassionate, supportive and smart leader (SVP), who this role reports into.

What You’ll Do
