Cain Watters & Associates is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to assist the Client Success Specialists by gathering and entering new client data for the financial planning department, while safeguarding confidential information.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a clerical, office setting. Hours are Monday–Friday, with potential remote flexibility pending management approval.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and accurately input data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Extreme thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review client documents and prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Process client data by reviewing for deficiencies and accuracy.
• Verify entered client data by correcting or re-entering data as needed.
• Maintain client database by updating and adding new client information.
• Assist Client Success Specialists with communication to securely submit information to third parties.
• Perform administrative tasks for the Client Success Team for new client intake.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across systems.
