Job summary

TD Consulting Group, PC is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) who acts as the operational heart of client experience. You will coordinate between clients, accountants, managers and leadership to keep projects organized and deadlines on track.

This role goes beyond admin tasks: you’ll manage workflow, client communications, deadline tracking, and process execution in a fast-paced environment, requiring organization, proactive problem solving, and a professional client service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with workflow systems, CRM platforms, project tracking tools, and document management software is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through are necessary.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for client communication and support.
• Assist clients with document collection, portal access, e-signatures, and tax return delivery.
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up proactively.
• Provide professional, responsive, and client-focused service.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate expectations throughout the client experience.
• Coordinate client projects from intake through completion.
• Monitor deadlines, workflow status, and outstanding items to help keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support all team members with workflow and project coordination.
• Identify bottlenecks, communication gaps, or operational risks, and propose resolution or elevate issues appropriately.
• Facilitate tax return processing, filing coordination, e-signature tracking, and delivery procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within firm systems.
• Support accounts receivable and administrative operations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members during peak tax seasons.
