About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience by managing relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and aligning our services to meet client objectives. This role is not a sales position, but does involve strategic account growth by identifying opportunities that align with client needs and budgets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide solutions that drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategy calls with clients to understand their business goals, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

Campaign Oversight & Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and intake teams to manage campaign execution and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Track campaign milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Analyze and interpret KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign RPO, providing insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, translating data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Strategic Growth & Budget Alignment

  • Consult with clients on strategic initiatives, recommending tailored solutions to improve lead acquisition and case qualification.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client success through service expansions that align with their business objectives and budgets.

Problem-Solving and Retention

  • Proactively identify and address client concerns before they escalate, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention by ensuring smooth and efficient experience, reducing churn risk.

Client Advocacy & Feedbac k

  • Serve as a voice of the client within the company, ensuring their needs and pain points are understood and addressed.
  • Assist in refining internal workflows based on client interactions to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal marketing experience is a plus but not required.
