Job summary

Assured Benefits Administrators, Inc. (ABA) is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as the liaison for employers, brokers, and internal teams. The role focuses on handling inquiries, managing claims information, and ensuring client success and retention.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in the insurance industry, excellent communication, and a client-first mindset. This position supports ABA’s healthcare administration services for a national client base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on client support, account management, or claims administration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-minded with the ability to be proactive and collaborate effectively.
• Specialized knowledge of stop-loss, self-funded, and/or level-funded account structures preferred.
• Medical claims processing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides responsive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with clients, brokers, providers, and internal teams.
• Researches and resolves inquiries related to claims, including status requests and EOBs.
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues and support client needs.
• Maintains timely communication and status updates within established timeframes.
• Audits claims and coordinates outreach and follow-up as needed.
