Integrity Technology Solutions in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Client Success Partner who thrives on organization, communication, and helping clients succeed. You’ll act as the operational heartbeat of the Client Success Team, ensuring clients receive exceptional experiences while keeping our technical teams aligned and responsive.

This role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service, account coordination, service delivery, project coordination, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to learn and understand technical concepts to communicate with clients and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities for your assigned clients.
• Monitor service requests and help ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Serve as a trusted operational point of contact for clients.
• Keep clients informed through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients and technical resources.
• Help identify and resolve service delivery challenges.
• Coordinate team priorities, schedules, workloads, and resource availability.
• Participate in client meetings to understand business goals and technology needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Support onboarding activities, process improvements, and operational consistency across the organization.
