What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional voice support while managing inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations
- Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce) to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Document client discussions accurately and guide clients towards their financial goals
- Present settlement proposals to clients and assist those facing legal actions from creditors
- Escalate issues to leadership or other departments as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role
- Strong empathy and active listening skills to support clients under stress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations
