Overview

The Client Success Agent is focused on providing exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment for our clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. A typical day involves making and answering inbound and outbound calls to discuss complex financial situations, maintaining accurate account documentation, and building positive rapport with clients. Our team ensures high satisfaction and service by exemplifying our core values to deliver the best possible client experience with National Debt Relief.

Position Details

  • This position has an expected start date of 6/23/2025.
  • It is a full-time remote role, hiring in AZ, FL, GA, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT.
  • Scheduling options include Tuesday - Saturday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Time or Monday - Friday from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Eastern Time, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to respond to customer calls and concerns.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with empathy, confidence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
  • Present settlement proposals for client approval.
  • Guide clients towards their financial goals and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist clients with creditors seeking legal action, providing guidance through the process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service or relationship support experience.
  • Experience in financial or banking organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to support vulnerable clients with empathy and active listening.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-system navigation ability.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Calm and professional demeanor during difficult discussions.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback.

Role Qualifications

  • Computer proficiency and multitasking skills.
  • High performance expectations and punctuality.
  • Availability for full-time work, with overtime eligibility if non-exempt.

Compensation

The salary range is $20/hr plus performance bonuses, based on role, level, and location.
