You get paid to do the thing you actually went to law school for - sit with someone in trouble and help them understand where they stand. This is the most consequential seat in the firm. People call us in crisis - divorce, custody, and other trauma - and the first conversation decides whether they get help or stay stuck. You'll listen, assess, and give them a straight answer. Remote within Colorado, hybrid, or on-site - we place the right candidate where it works. Expect to be in the office as much as possible during your first 90 days for onboarding and team integration. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
