Responsibilities

• Create client portfolio reviews with portfolio-level analytics for client materials.
• Assist client strategy team with inquiries and requests from clients and prospects.
• Maintain all necessary client records to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze company financial statements and investment policies to support portfolio creation by investment teams.
• Create new client records and update changes in the firm’s CRM.
• Work with Marketing to develop prospecting materials.
• Serve as a main contact for internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Coordinate onboarding of new relationships, including documentation and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing and maintenance of client accounts.
