Quality Financial Concepts in Maryville, TN is hiring a Client Specialist to deliver efficient, timely service in processing client business for the firm and its Representatives. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and requires strong attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with relevant financial services exposure.
• Experience in banking or financial services is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Advisor and clients.
• Create and update daily tasks; document processes.
• Maintain organization and accuracy; ensure documents/signatures are obtained.
• Assist Advisor with portfolio fund options.
• Participate in meetings with Advisor and support staff for updates.
• Ensure transactions and documents are completed properly.
