Talbots in Amarillo, TX is seeking a dynamic part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships. You will drive sales through clienteling, fashion advice, and event participation while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. POS proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prospecting and building clientele across existing and new customers.
• Ability to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of hospitality with exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships with clients using Concierge tools.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs and build trust through fashion advice.
• Share product trends to inspire wardrobes and increase trust.
• Participate in community/store events to promote Talbots.
• Occasionally lead or supervise others and open/close the store.
• Represent the Talbots brand professionally.
