Talbots at Liberty Center-Liberty Township, OH seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.

You will actively welcome new customers, stay on top of fashion trends, and support store goals through outreach and events, working 20 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs, plus a generous discount.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and build trust.
• Participate in community/store activities and events promoting the Talbots Brand.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Represent the brand image with professionalism.
