Talbots is a leading omni-channel retailer offering women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. The Keystone IN-Indianapolis store seeks a part-time team member who creates exceptional customer experiences, builds lasting relationships, and drives sales with a passion for fashion and service.

Qualifications

• Focus on prospecting and establishing a strong clientele from existing and new customers.

• Passionate about selling and driving new traffic into the store.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers and build trust.
• Represent the Talbots Brand in store activities and community events.
