This is a full-time remote role for a Client Outreach & Contract Acquisition Specialist responsible for engaging clients, acquiring contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

1. Help clients understand their right to claim money left over after a home sale due to unpaid taxes or foreclosure.
2. Explain how our company helps recover that money.
3. Reach out to potential clients via provided contact info.
4. Guide clients through signing paperwork and submitting documents.
5. Update the team on contact status and case progress.
