Compensation

Includes a base salary of $49,400 - $74,200, with variation based on location and experience. Also eligible for an annual incentive/commission of $15,000.

Job Description

The Client Solutions Specialist II supports the Manheim Express team in a designated area, focusing on vehicle condition documentation and business growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, auction teams, and other units to develop growth strategies, providing quality vehicle inspections, and educating clients on digital solutions like Manheim Express and OVE. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and relationship building.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Locate, start, move, and inspect vehicles safely on dealer lots.
  2. Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments following established inspection processes.
  3. Verify vehicle identification and accurately record details in the system.
  4. Inspect and document vehicle equipment, damage, and condition, including exterior and interior aspects.
  5. Perform basic mechanical inspections of key vehicle components.
  6. Collaborate with team members and external partners to enhance client experience.
  7. Use Salesforce for planning and reporting.
  8. Educate dealers on policies, marketplace strategies, and products.
  9. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships via multiple channels.
  10. Identify growth opportunities and promote Manheim Express solutions.
  11. Ensure safety procedures are followed and participate in safety initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • BA/BS degree with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Preferred automotive knowledge and auction or dealership experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with documentation devices and familiarity with vehicle repair and inspection processes.
  • Physical ability to inspect vehicles, including lifting, bending, and visual assessments.
  • Strong computer skills, adaptability, and customer service orientation.
