Job Description:
The Client Solutions Manager will report to the Director of Client Solutions, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Client Operations, Analytics, Technology, and members of the Leadership team. This individual will serve as the lead for high-profile and custom programs and serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally. The Client Solutions Manager should have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, exceptional communication skills, experience analyzing data and providing insights, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing landscape. This role is 100% remote with minimal travel for client meetings and quarterly company meetings. East coast is preferred but not required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
