Thornburg Investment is seeking a Manager, Client Solutions Group in Santa Fe, NM. You will oversee the team responsible for preparing RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and other client questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and consistency across materials.

You will collaborate with SMEs, Marketing, Portfolio and Data teams to maintain fund information and improve standard content, while coordinating with Sales for client coverage and meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years in financial services.
• FINRA licenses required (7/63/65/66).
• Bachelor's degree required; finance preferred.
• Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Strong client service skills essential.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Client Solutions Group in coordinating daily workflows and deliverables.
• Oversee a pipeline of recurring client requests (RFPs, DDQs, RFIs).
• Coordinate with Sales for client relationship coverage.
• Ensure content accuracy, grammar, style, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Marketing, Portfolio and Data teams to curate fund information.
• Maintain standard verbiage and firm messaging across materials.
• Prioritize RFPs with global distributions teams; track activity.
• Maintain procedures, quality controls, and vendor relationships.
• Support business development with training and performance feedback.
