Job summary

Thornburg Investment Management is seeking a Manager for the Client Solutions Group in Santa Fe, NM. You will oversee RFPs, DDQs, RFIs and other questionnaires, coordinating with Sales, SMEs, Marketing, Portfolio and Data teams to deliver accurate, timely content to clients and prospects.

You will manage workflow, set performance goals and guide a small team to meet firm standards. The role requires at least 5 years in financial services, a Bachelor's degree (finance preferred), and FINRA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services
• Bachelor's degree required; finance preferred
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required; strong writing ability expected
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Solutions Group, coordinating daily workflow and project assignments
• Oversee a pipeline of quarterly/monthly client requests (RFPs, DDQs, RFIs)
• Coordinate with Sales to align client coverage and relationships
• Ensure content accuracy, grammar, and compliance with firm policies and regulations
• Collaborate with SMEs, Marketing, Portfolio and Data teams to maintain fund information
• Improve standard content and maintain consistent firm messaging
• Prioritize RFPs and database updates with global distribution team
• Track team activity and report performance metrics
• Maintain procedures, policies and quality controls
• Support compliance requirements and vendor relationships
• Provide input to performance evaluations and training
