Strive Pharmacy, a Gilbert, AZ-based personalized compounding pharmacy, is hiring a cross-functional professional to support its technical implementation team. The role blends pharmacy tech knowledge with project coordination to onboard clients and standardize workflows across PMS platforms.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pharmacy technology or healthcare SaaS, strong communication, and solid documentation skills. Onsite work in Arizona with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:30pm
We’re seeking a cross-functional professional to support our technical implementation team. This role combines technical expertise, clinical understanding, and project coordination to manage client onboarding, standardize pharmacy product workflows, and ensure system readiness. Ideal candidates will have experience with pharmacy management systems (PMS), strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
