About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Solutions Executive with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions, to join our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth.

As a Client Solutions Executive, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our world-class Sales team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Attend relevant events, network, and meet with potential clients face-to-face.
  2. Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients.
  3. Present our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives.
  4. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
  5. Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
  6. Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  7. Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Sales expert, passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent.
  • A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus.
  • Native English speaker or bilingual (English).
