Job Summary:
The Client Solutions Coordinator works within the Client Solutions Group team to ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves a variety of administrative and scheduling tasks that support company operations. The position requires a task-focused, self-motivated individual who handles both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities to support the smooth execution of Reality Capture projects and contribute to business development efforts. By performing operations, logistics, clerical tasks, and professional client communications, the Client Solutions Coordinator will help advance GPRS’ mission to deliver exceptional client experiences and retention.
Job Goals:
- Optimize workflows through support with project startup and lifecycle for the Client Solutions Group team via Click Up, Team UP, NetSuite and Microsoft environments.
- Approval authority for reality capture field team travel expenses as needed.
- Support Client Solutions Group team members with excellence in handling incoming client
- communications and project requests.
- Under the direction of the Client Solutions Manager, effectively and efficiently manage the various schedules of the Reality Capture PM field team and Modeling Team.
- Support various operational functions within the Reality Capture service line, aiming for excellence in all tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adapt to the Client Solutions Group work environment:
- Understand the overall workflow of the Client Solutions Group department.
- Review and ensure projects accuracy and efficiency.
- Successfully navigate within and manage files across the Microsoft work environment.
- Demonstrate ownership of work assigned:
- Show thoroughness in completing tasks without errors.
- Maintain attention to detail.
- Efficiently organize workflow.
- Exhibit the ability to independently problem-solve, or find answers to issues, seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Complete all project specific paperwork as needed to effectively assist Client Solutions Manager/Specialists.
- Properly communicate and collaborate on projects:
- Demonstrate ability to properly communicate on projects within the Microsoft environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members on the status of projects and updates.
- Follow the instructions of the Client Solutions Specialists as they relate to successful completion of all project requirements.
- Recognize when to seek assistance from team members or other resources to ensure project success
- Be a Brand Ambassador through professional and respectful communication to both team and clients
- Team Integration and participation:
- Attend and add value to companywide meetings and weekly team meetings.
- Provide support for the needs of the Client Solutions Group.
- Positively connect and collaborate with team members in all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, related fields preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft/ NetSuite work environment.
- Demonstrated strength in operations process support and logistics systems.
- Display problem solving skills within back-of-house operations tasks.
- High degree of computer literacy with the ability to pay attention to detail and follow specific project requirements.
- Proven successful record of working remotely.
- Possess excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and hard working in finding solutions, learning new software, and
- Possess effective organizational skills demonstrating the ability to prioritize and execute an ever-changing workload.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to display professionalism in a wide variety of client interactions.
