Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Advisor to provide tailored financial guidance to clients, building lasting relationships and advancing banking solutions across the client life cycle.

You will balance sales, risk management, and client care while leveraging the bank’s comprehensive product suite to meet client goals. Training will occur at a specific financial center with potential relocation within commuting distance as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Effective customer service across end-to-end client experiences.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build partnerships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.
• Familiarity with small business products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial advice and guidance aligned with client goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and suggest suitable banking solutions.
• Engage clients via outreach and pipeline management with regular follow-ups.
• Make decisions on client requests and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Work with center leaders and market teams to coach associates for excellent client experiences.
