Job summary

Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory in College Station is seeking a Customer Service Associate III to support the Client Services team. You will handle daily data entry, respond to client inquiries, and help process 500+ specimens with accuracy and courtesy.

You will work onsite Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional Saturday rotation. A pre-exposure rabies vaccination series is required and costs are covered by TVMDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Process sample submissions and enter data into TVMDL LIMS.
• Communicate with clients to provide basic testing details and status.
• Assist walk-in clients and support daily administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and quality policies.
• Support training and cross-training within the team.
