PTMA Financial Solutions in Colorado is seeking a customer service professional to provide outstanding participant experience by answering calls, replying to emails, and resolving client requests promptly. You will use our CRM to track requests, maintain data accuracy, and support audits, acting as a liaison for PTMA LGIP clients.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher and/or 1-2 years banking experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and mutual fund industry beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional participant experience by answering phone inquiries and responding to emails to resolve all client requests timely.
• Use Customer Service Management System to track client requests through completion and maintain data accuracy.
• Act as intermediary for all communications to PTMA LGIP clients and assist with audits.
• Assist and backup other staff; maintain procedures, reports, and compliance.
• Set up, update, and maintain client account information and access to GPS.
• Investigate questions related to systems, accounts, procedures, transactions, and services.
• Contribute to annual audit deliverables and provide coverage for team members' absences.
