You are a motivated customer service professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You excel at multi-tasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. *Schedule: Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST (Weekend Shift)*


What You'll Do:
  • Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
  • Communicate with customer through various channels
  • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
  • Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
What You'll Need:
  • BS/BA degree of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST (Weekend Shift)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
