Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Client Services Representative in the Mechanicsburg area to serve as a key contact between Financial Advisors and clients. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, supporting advisor operations, and maintaining accurate client records in regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling, preparing materials, processing paperwork, and coordinating client events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or office operations roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Financial Advisors and clients, ensuring service and responsiveness.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, client presentations, and reports to support client interactions.
• Process and complete client paperwork accurately and efficiently, including follow-up activities.
• Communicate with clients by phone, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to address questions.
• Coordinate client events, including planning, communication, and post-event follow-up.
