• Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of coordinating meetings and preparing materials.

• Support advisors with day-to-day client service needs and team requests.
• Respond to client questions and connect clients with the right team member or resource.
• Research client service issues and provide updates to advisors and clients.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure advisors have what they need.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize follow-up items.
