Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate in Huntsville, AL to deliver high-quality client service and support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. The role involves coordinating client interactions, handling routine account tasks, and assisting in marketing and digital-tool adoption.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsabilidades

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill documents in clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing efforts and assist teams in delivering business plans.
