Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses held.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FAs in cultivating client relationships and leveraging the advisory team.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients/FA.
• Answer non-investment related questions, provide balances and positions.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect required documents.
• Support FA marketing strategies and site maintenance.
• Participate in training and firm initiatives as directed by management.
