This role supports our call center, creating valuable interactions that build trust and loyalty. As a Client Services & Solutions Specialist, you will assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries across multiple channels, using effective communication and critical thinking to identify needs and detect fraud.

You will operate within a structured environment requiring attention to detail, compliance with regulations like BSA and OFAC, and the ability to navigate various systems. Responsibilities include providing support for Online Banking and Bill Payment, resolving client concerns, and offering relevant banking solutions. Building rapport and maintaining professionalism with clients and team members are essential.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a bank call center
  • Knowledge of call center protocols and client servicing
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with bank call centers and client servicing
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Fraud detection experience
Skills and Abilities

We support a remote work environment with flexible hours, typically 8am-7pm CT, and every other Saturday. Candidates must work efficiently, including overtime if necessary.
