Job Description SummaryThe Client Services Representative – Servicing supports all client requests originating within the Private Bank Service Team. This position includes working closely with the full Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Internal and External Counsel, Compliance, Financial Advisors and all other authorized parties affiliated with each Private Banking transaction.Job DescriptionPrimary Functions of the Position:Interacts daily with internal and external clients and provide customized solutions to their requestsPartners effectively with other members of the Private Bank Service Team in supporting client requestsWorks closely with relationship managers, inside sales, portfolio managers, internal and external counsel, compliance, borrowers and all other authorized parties affiliated with each transactionProvides premier client experience across all client engagementsWorks closely with other teams within operations and the bank to enhance current processesActively participates in projects as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of combined education and/or customer service, operations, financial services, or related experiencePrior bank operations and/or client service experience preferred.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.Essential Skills and Abilities:High attention to detail and understanding of loan process/system and applicable lending requirementsAbility to organize and prioritize work assignments in a consistent manner to ensure timely and efficient executionExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong work ethic and ability to be self- directedAnalytical problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesEducationBachelor’s: Business AdministrationWork ExperienceGeneral Experience - 13 months to 3 yearsCertificationsTravelLess than 25%WorkstyleResidentThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
