Citizens Debt Relief, LLC in New York City is seeking motivated Client Service Representatives to assist clients with inquiries and build relationships. You will manage servicing of existing clients, handle high-volume calls, and ensure timely documentation while following CFPB/FRB guidelines.
The ideal candidate will multitask efficiently, be organized across multiple tasks, and have familiarity with debt settlement products.

This position is best suited for a person who can communicate effectively with a large portfolio of clients.As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various inquiries. Building relationships with our valued clients will be your top priority.
