Job summary

Prism Medical Products, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our Client Operations team. This full-time role supports order renewals, documentation, and direct client communication to deliver exceptional care.

You will enter data into our patient management system, coordinate with physicians and insurers, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This fast-paced, collaborative role offers growth and a meaningful impact on patient and provider experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monthly phone and electronic communication with current clients for order renewals.
• Communication with physician offices to collect appropriate medical documentation.
• Accurate data entry into the company’s patient management system of all critical patient demographic, insurance, medical documentation and client product orders.
• Communication with insurance entities to obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations required for service.
• Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• An understanding of all policies & procedures required for accreditation and Medicare/Medicaid.
