Job description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an Onsite, Contract position.

SALARY: $30-$32.50 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required
• At least 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely, efficient execution
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Keen attention to detail with a solid understanding of loan processes/systems and lending requirements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure complete and accurate client data capture in loan applications, systems, and documentation
• Support client requests by working closely with the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production team
• Partner effectively with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other parties involved in transactions
• Deliver a high‑quality client experience through attention to detail and thoroughness
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiencies
• Participate actively in assigned projects
